I have been working in the Health & Fitness industry since 2006, including serving 12 years in the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor and Specialist Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor.
As an Online Fat Loss & Strength Coach, I have a clear mission to help Women 35+ balance Fat Loss & Strength building Goals through structured, military efficiency & mindset strategies, even when their lives feel overwhelmingly full.
But why me? Simply put "I get it".
I understand & can relate to the struggles & challenges with what balancing a career, motherhood & life is like.
With my Ex- Military background, experience & continued education I feel & know I am in the best shape physically & more importantly mentally that I’ve ever been! Life is busier than ever, but I have more time & energy to achieve all the things important to me.
